Over the past 9 years I have led the effort to re-build the Capital Metro brand experience and re-tool almost every customer touchpoint in the agency. I wrote our style guide of brand standards, established a process for fleet branding, and devised a new photography strategy for all marketing and promotions. I currently manage a 7-person creative team covering design, copywriting, multimedia production and project management. These samples represent just a small handful of projects and campaigns I've worked on.
